Why is Invisalign better than braces?

For patients who are undergoing Invisalign treatment, they will be using virtually invisible aligners. These aligners are made of thermoplastic material, which are far more comfortable than braces.  Through the treatment, you will be given a series of aligners. Each aligner will make slight adjustments to the tooth position. These adjustments have been computerised and formulated in advance specifically for you. When these aligners are placed on your teeth, your teeth will be gradually shifted from their original position. After 6 weeks, you will be given another set of aligners, which will continue the straightening and alignment of your teeth.
